Our team can analyse the infrastructure of your LinkTrack® system, allowing us to understand your environment and the needs of the staff working within it. We can assess your current use of the system, target the 'problem areas' and recommend an effective work programme or implementation plan. We can then go further by managing the implementation of the agreed recommendations. To put it another way, we can provide the necessary expertise, so that you can do what you do best – serving your customers!

Ground Work
Because companies using LinkTrack® each have their own very specific requirements, we believe that LinkTrack® should be implemented so that it best meets each organisations business objectives. Similarly, we ensure that implementation both compliments existing staff skills and allows them to make more effective use of their time. We are convinced that the most effective encouragement for staff is the simplicity it can bring to everyday tasks.
Gale Consulting can demonstrate how to use your Client Relationship Management system efficiently and help you to structure your implementation, training and the ongoing development of the system. We can also assist with any periodic upgrades introduced by the software vendors.

Report Writing
Gale Consulting can also develop reports for your organisation using Arpeggio or Crystal. These reports can be set up through either the LinkTrack® reports front end or via your Intranet. This means that your staff can access the information in LinkTrack® without having to be expert in writing reports. Not only will these reports allow you to retrieve data easily, they will also minimise the overall numbers of reports that need to be written. We can even create an online library so that you can find the report or cue card you need instantly.

Project Management
Why not hand it all over to us? Gale Consulting are experienced project managers with many LinkTrack® Projects successfully completed. We can work with a selected project board and take the strain of ensuring that your LinkTrack® project is implemented effectively without your IT Team having to find extra manpower.

Documentation
We tailor a variety of in-depth documents to meet your specific requirements. These documents are based on a core library developed by Gale Consulting to support our training and development activity. Each item can be tailored specifically to show local examples based on your own data. Our existing clients find this type of document many times more helpful and practical than non-specific generic documents.

Training Manuals
In addition to providing you with customised training manuals, we will work with you to develop your own LinkTrack® Standards Manual. This contains the "rules" of local LinkTrack® usage and is essential where several partner organisations are using shared systems. Not only is a Standards Manual important for the resolution of issues regarding consistent data entry, it also reinforces the use of client management tools within your company.

‘Cue Cards’
We also produce customised 'Cue cards'. These are user help sheets, which can be used in conjunction with or (in selected cases) as an alternative to the various training courses on offer.
